Jerry has over 25 years’ experience primarily in the technology and service related industries. He has worked for large multi-national corporations that have allowed him to gain an international perspective regarding finance and commerce. More recently, Jerry was asked by venture capitalist to take over Matchmaker.com as president and arrange for the sale of the company. He successfully sold the company to Lycos, Inc. in July 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Amen was the chief financial officer at VHA – Southwest, Inc. (VHASW), a regional health care system within the VHA Inc. alliance, that provides contract negotiations and products and services for its seventy hospitals in Texas and New Mexico. VHASW, a highly profitable company with a sound financial base, is the model for all VHA regional systems. In 1996, Mr. Amen was part of a start-up hospital acquisition company that today has six hospitals. All financing for this start-up was internally generated within VHASW. Currently Mr. Amen has been a partner and founder of International Patent Licensing Company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Amen graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor of business administration degree and holds a masters of business administration degree from Colorado State University with a double major in accounting and information systems. He is a member American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Currently Sheldon is a personal business mentor and coach. After attending graduate school in 1959, Sheldon joined COLLINS RADIO as an engineer in software systems design and soon after was promoted to project manager until 1964. In 1965, he created the founding ideas, concepts and principles for a Management Information System, referred to today by IT pros as “MIS”. Thereafter, until 1973, while doing general business consulting, Sheldon invented the first Child Safety Latch and founded KINDERGARD CORPORATION to manufacture and sell them globally. As its CEO the brand name came to be recognized internationally after winning many national marketing, package design and advertising awards. Some customers were WAL-MART, ACE HARDWARE, TOYS-R-US, LOWES HOME CENTERS, ECKERDS and KROGER. After 20 years he sold the company for a handsome profit.

Dr. Ross is an internationally renowned clinician, researcher, author and lecturer in the field of trauma-related disorders. He is the founder and President of the Colin A. Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma.
Dr. Ross is the Executive Medical Director of three trauma programs located at Timberlawn Mental Health System in Dallas, Texas, Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Del Amo Hospital in Torrance, California. Dr. Ross provides treatment for patients with trauma related disorders and symptoms. This would include treatment for: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The symptoms treated and the admission criteria are: suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, self-destructive and addictive behaviors, and inability to function.

It is a web and app capability that can serve public, private, and nonprofit companies, or schools, colleges, and associations.
